Seven Ways Wellness

I believe that therapy can be enjoyable and humorous, while still addressing serious topics throughout. I believe that good therapists need good supervision and to continually hone their craft.

I am a professional counselor (LCPC, Maryland LC8106) and have been involved in pastoral counseling and community work for multiple years.

I see individuals, including children, and families, and couples by referral.
